1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern access to https://banafish.store (the "Site") and purchases from BanaFish. Using the Site or submitting an order means acceptance of these terms and the incorporated policies. A mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

2. Store operator

BanaFish is operated by SKINSLI INC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; Wyoming Filing ID 2024-001553749; support@banafish.store.

BanaFish offers Korean-market fishing tackle and equipment. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Seoul, South Korea.

3. Customer eligibility and lawful use

A customer must have legal capacity to contract or valid authorization from a parent, guardian, business or account holder. Billing, delivery, recipient and payment information must be complete and accurate.

The Site may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, system interference, infringement, unauthorized automated purchasing or another prohibited purpose.

4. Tackle descriptions, fit and compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to present model names, variants, dimensions, action, power, line or lure ratings, materials, colors, included parts, images, prices and availability accurately. Korean names are supplemental identifiers; the manufacturer model and selected variant remain controlling.

Fishing equipment often has model-specific compatibility. Before ordering, the customer should verify reel size, spool or handle fit, rod length and rating, line diameter and capacity, hook or lure size, electronic voltage and region, apparel sizing, and any other product-page specification relevant to the intended use.

If a material catalog, price, legal, availability or specification error is found before dispatch, we contact the customer. The corrected order may be accepted or the affected item fully refunded. A materially different model or variant is not substituted without agreement.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when an order confirmation is issued, subject to payment authorization. We may decline or cancel for failed payment, incomplete material information, reasonable fraud or security risk, carrier or legal restriction, unavailable inventory, or a manifest catalog or system error. A cancelled amount is returned to the original payment method.

6. Price, payment and import charges

Prices use the currency shown on the Site and are confirmed at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed for that order. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by BanaFish appear before submission.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the displayed product and shipping amounts exclude destination import duties, import VAT, customs charges and brokerage fees assessed by an authority or carrier. The recipient is responsible for those external charges.

7. Fulfillment and delivery

Parcels depart from Seoul by FedEx with tracking. In-stock goods are handed to the carrier within 0–1 business day under the handling schedule in the Shipping Policy. Estimated order-to-delivery time is 6–9 business days. Shipping is USD $49 below a qualifying USD $300 subtotal and free at or above USD $300, subject to checkout availability and category restrictions.

8. Cancellation, returns and remedies

A cancellation may be requested before FedEx handoff. A return request for a new order must generally be sent within 30 calendar days after delivery. Voluntary returns must satisfy the category-specific condition rules in the Return and Refund Policy, including unopened requirements for certain line, rigging, bait, oil, chemical and other consumable goods.

Wrong, damaged, defective or materially inaccurate goods receive the remedy required by applicable law. Direct exchanges are not offered; where appropriate, a refund is completed and another variant can be ordered separately.

9. Safe and lawful equipment use

The customer must follow manufacturer instructions, warnings, age limits, load and power ratings, local fishing and boating rules, licensing requirements, import restrictions and safe-use practices. Hooks, blades, tools, flotation equipment, electronics, batteries, watercraft and outdoor equipment can cause injury or property damage when selected or used incorrectly.

Product information does not replace training, supervision, a required certification, or professional safety advice. Nothing in this section limits liability or a product remedy that law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Intellectual property and external services

Original Site software, layout, text, graphics and BanaFish-created material are owned by or licensed to SKINSLI INC. Manufacturer names, trademarks, product specifications and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners. Lawful personal shopping use is permitted; unauthorized scraping, republication, resale of Site content or interference is prohibited.

Shopify powers the commerce service. The selected payment provider, FedEx and other providers may apply their own terms to services supplied directly by them without reducing BanaFish obligations that applicable law assigns to us.

11. Service, warranties and liability

Site access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, correction, security or events outside reasonable control. Purchased goods remain subject to mandatory warranties, conformity rights, consumer guarantees and remedies.

To the fullest lawful extent, SKINSLI INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from Site access where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable. No provision excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, legally protected personal-injury liability, or another liability or consumer remedy that cannot be limited.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Wyoming law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory protections or access to a court or dispute process provided by the law of a customer's country or state of residence.

Email support@banafish.store before a formal dispute if practical so we can attempt resolution. This does not shorten a limitation period or require waiver of a remedy.

13. Revisions, severability and contact

Revisions may reflect changes in law, services or practices and will be posted at https://banafish.store/policies/terms-of-service with an updated date. The terms and policies presented at order submission continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise or a later change is more favorable.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement does not waive a right.
