Last updated: August 21, 2026

What does BanaFish sell?

BanaFish sells Korean-market fishing tackle and equipment, including rods, reels, fishing line, leaders, rigs, lures, hooks, tools, storage gear, apparel and other category-specific items shown in the catalogue.

How do I confirm the exact model or variant?

Use the product title, option selector and specifications on the product page. A Korean brand or model subtitle may appear as supplemental identification. If anything is unclear, email support@banafish.store before ordering and include the exact model, size or variant.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Seoul, South Korea. Customer parcels ship internationally with FedEx tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Products displayed as in stock are normally handed to FedEx within 0–1 business day. The estimated total from order placement through delivery is 6–9 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline; customs review, destination conditions and carrier disruption can cause delay.

How much is shipping?

The standard charge is USD $49 when the qualifying order subtotal is below USD $300, and shipping is free when the qualifying subtotal is USD $300 or more. Checkout shows the actual charge and destination availability before the order is submitted. Long, bulky or regulated tackle may have category or destination restrictions.

Are duties and import taxes included?

Unless checkout states otherwise, product prices and BanaFish shipping charges exclude destination import duty, import VAT, customs charges and brokerage fees. A customs authority or FedEx may bill those amounts directly to the recipient.

Can I cancel an order?

A full cancellation can be requested only before the parcel is handed to FedEx. Email support as soon as possible. After carrier handoff, the Refund policy applies following delivery.

Can I return fishing tackle?

Send a return request within 60 calendar days after actual delivery. The item and packaging must meet the category-specific condition rules in the Refund policy. Contact support before dispatching a return so the correct South Korean return address and packing instructions can be provided.

How do I contact BanaFish?

Email support@banafish.store. Include the order number for an existing purchase and the exact model or variant when asking about a product.
