BanaFish is an online store for Korean-market fishing tackle and equipment, including rods, reels, fishing line, rigging, lures, tools, storage gear, fishing apparel and other category-specific equipment offered on the Site.

Email support@banafish.store for help with an order, product detail, delivery, cancellation or return. Include the order number and the exact model, size or variant when relevant.

Customer support is provided by email. BanaFish does not currently provide live telephone, live-chat or automated-chat support.

Fulfillment and return location

Customer orders are prepared, packed and dispatched through our fulfillment operation in Seoul, South Korea. The Wyoming address is the registered business office; it is not a retail counter, warehouse or customer return address.

Do not send an unsolicited return to the registered office. Email support for the applicable South Korean return address and packing instructions. A mandatory statutory withdrawal notice remains effective when sent and does not depend on approval.
